Beis Hamedrash Ohr Chodosh was established in 5761/2001 under the auspices of prominent local Rabonim as a Nusach Ashkenaz minyan for young Bnei Torah baalei batim and to serve as the foundation of a new Kehilla for young mishpochos in the Golders Green and Hendon areas.

With its location at 5 Brentmead Place, North Circular Road, the Beis Hamedrash, already full to capacity, is reviewing expanding its premises. Until recently Tefilos were held over Shabbos only but of late commenced daily weekday Minyonim and regular shiurim, as well as other activities for both men and women.
